Can you advise me on how to input my data correctly according to the instructions? It is by Carol Dweck and she wrote the instructions bottom of the scale. It is clear that It must be done in 6 point scale form. If you can give an example, it would be great to prevent incorrect data input.

Ps: Scale can be found in "Self-theories: Their Role in Motivation, Personality, and Development" book. Also I got the permission to use it for my doctoral dissertation.
