Apply displacements as time vs displacement data in the amplitude. Apply the type of load and select the amplitude predefined.

In the post-processing stage obtain the applied load from the reactions and displacements from the nodal points. Plot the hysteresis plot by combining both data in edit XY data in post-processing stage.

Cyclic loading depends on time so with different load steps with cyclic time you can put it.

It is easy. just you must go to the amplitude option and then select the tabular one and then insert your cyclic data.

After that, it can be applied to your model as pressure or displacement control...
