Most of the researcher have done research on nymph of white flies in their research but I am interested to conduct research on adult one. Anybody can share with me how to inoculate adult white flies with fungal suspension , is there any friend know any technique please share, I am sharing my technique I caught white flies in a small tube, and then I put half ml fungal suspension in that tube for 30 second, let them inoculate . And then fungal suspension was get back with help of cotton swab. But their wings become wet; they cannot come out form tube. I took them out with help of very small and soft brush, although it is good way but I want to do again with new technique . It’s really difficult to handle adult white flies and leaf hoppers because these are small and so active. I have another idea maybe that is good, when done then I will share ,

You may treat the plant surfaces that are host of whitefly or seedlings immersed with different concentrations of fungal spores then, transplant it, pot it in a cage, transmit the whiteflies adults to the cage (newly emerged), and its better to move the insect to a healthy plant after 6h
