How can I induce LTD and LTP in primary cortical neuron culture?

I want to induce chemical LTP and LTD in primary cortical neuron culture with glycine,KCl and NMDA,respectively,can someone share me the detailed protocols?Can I add the stocks directly to the neurobasal media or buffers(e.g.aCSF)?Thanks in advance.
