How can I get VegMeasure or SamplePonint Apps for Image Analysis of vegetation attributes?

I am looking for suitable application that make me fairly analyze image of vegetation taken by camera. such as VegMeasure or SamplePoint, I search this two Apps but I could not find the source of them, so kindly need a help.
