Hi,

I am trying to optimize protocol to get single cell suspension from fetal gonads. Tried Trypsin-EDTA (1x and 2x for up to 40 min -1 h). It seems I get cells but very few and left with a very sticky part that I cannot dissolve. Planning to try Collagenase/Hyaluronidase and combine with DNase perhaps.

Any advise would be helpful!
