It is a colorless shiny bacteria grown with the mycelium away from the medium, I tried high concentrations of different antibiotics and rose bengal and it disappeared then appeared again on Malt medium. I grow the mycelium on wood pieces only then the bacteria appeared again. I can see it under the microscope with mycelium with vibrating movement and active motility
You can get inside of Ganoderma, usually there have a sterile mycelia of contaminant.
1. Try change the temperature of growth of the "two-organisms-culture", perhaps you can get tips free of bacteria in temperature good for fungus and not favourable for bacteria.
2. The other way is to put the mycelium under the medium (you have to cut it on the petri dish) and observe the growth, immediately afer you see mycelium overgrown from the the medium take tips of the fresh mycelium, and probably free of bacteria, to the new medium. Be careful and try not to tough the medium, only tips of the fresh mycelium. The method is based on the lack of oxygene for bacteria under the medium and the possibility of the fungus to grow in this conditions. And remember you have not too much time, bacteria will not "sleep".
Go single spore isolation if you have fruiting bodies otherwise you go for hyphal tip isolation technique
Other methods
1) Growth of the mushroom Ganoderma lucidum mycelium
2) Ganoderma lucidum mycelium in wood or sawdust inoculation, incubation
3) Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies occur
4) Remove only the spores
5) mycelium growth
