There are two options: 1. Search on Researchgate under "death studies" for experts. 2. Submit to a refereed journal that will do the work of finding an expert to review your article. Of these options, the latter is by far the better because the journal does the work for you and you get a publication in the process.
Obviously the choice of journal is extremely important. Choosing the right journal is often as important as doing the right analyses to get your work published. Complementing the two excellent answers before, I'd suggest you to check where have your main sources or the articles in your reference list been published.
I would agree with the others, and I would basically summarize that, at the level of your area, I would suspect that the best strategy is utilizing journals, contacts, and so on to identify existing people working in the interest area-- not trying to interest people who are working on other things. I, for example, might find your topic interesting, generally; but it is really outside of my regular interests: sociology of education, and socio-historic development of culture.
