I am trying to separate urea in a solution of 2 wt% urea and 10 wt% inorganic salt. The current mobile phase is 95/5 ACN/Ammonium acetate at pH of 4.5 and the detectors are ELSD and UV. The tail of the inorganic salt peak overlaps with the urea peak
