Microorganisms of interest include;
E.coli; Salmonella typhimurium; Pseudomonas aeroginosa; Streptoccocus pneumoniae; Staphyloccocus aureus and Candida albicans.
Locations closer to Port Harcourt or Benin are most preferred.
Microorganisms are required for test of antimicrobial activity of plant extracts.

The Pasteur Institute also harbours an important collection of microorganisms. As far as I know, there are no Pasteur Insitutes in Nigeria or Benin, but maybe you could more easily obtain them from one of their African Centres
