I have ran the Genetic algorithm code with an ITAE cost function at time step 1e-06.
The gapidbook matlab m file presents the Ga command itself along with defining parameters such as population size, max generations, and the transfer function for the buck converter.
The Pidtest matlab m file is what allows for the usuage of the cost function.
The Matlab code system response is a very good to a point of seeming unrealistic.
The simulink model used is included in the images (includes the model config settings also).
I am not sure on how to make it so the Matlab coded response is the same in the Simulink environment.
The PID values are spit out by the code.

In Simulink, you are using a PID tuner that uses response time and transient response as objective function while in your code you are using ITAE as the objective function. So objective functions are different that will produce different values of tuning parameters
Hi Waheed Ur Rehman I am transferring the found values of P I D from the ITAE cost function in matlab to simulink. I am not doing an objective function in simulink.
