It is attached 2 types of tetra-mesh. I have created the green mesh in ABAQUS but as you see, it is very regular. But I want to get the mesh same the gray. Can I do it by ABAQUS? If not, which software can do this?

It is so simple, don't go far. Just partition the part on its diagonals, then mesh it. If you could not do it, send me your cae or inp file, I will do it for you.

Yes,I have did it by using many shapes of partitioning,but it did not work well for me and that was not what i wanted.I have attached figure of mesh by using diagonal partition but as you see it was not exactly same the gray mesh at above. what shape of partition exactly result in the above mesh? you can assume my model is a sample cube. can you get the mesh same the gray for that?
Hi Mirshad, I see that you are using 20 elements at each side. Please try with 30 elements at each side like your posted example (in another way, change your mesh density). It should provide you same mesh if other meshing properties are same.
