I have 2 diferent quantitative adjacency matrix (one linking level 1 with 2 and another linking level 2 with 3), and I try to build a tritrophic network using plotweb2 in bipartite.
The problem appear when I try to use the function plotweb2. I obtain this error:
Error in dummy[i]
It appears that 'dummy[I]' is empty! Can you list what the structure of dummy, net1.txt and net2.txt are?
I got the same error in plotweb2, even though both of my "webs" are matrices:

I just solved the problem. You must to check your matrix in order to search duplicates in the names of the nodes between rows and columns
Has anyone found any other solution for this? I have no duplicated names in my rows or columns.
I have noticed that when labels are fully plotted it works. However when I try to remove the labels of the first matrix (removing the labels of the second matrix works fine) it doesn't work anymore.
