It seems from the message that you are trying to perform a dynamic analysis however, the software is facing a problem in one of the rows of the mass matrix and one of the rows of the stiffness matrix being of null values so try to do the following:
Perform a static analysis under different loads with different directions, if it runs and gives you results then the stiffness is OK
Revise the way that you assigned your masses within the model i.e. if you assigned them as lumped masses may be you need to do so for several direction as masses are not weights that only act in the direction of gravity, you need them to act in all the degrees of freedom you have
Thank you so much for your detailed response. Actually I am doing modal analysis of a space frame chassis, to obtain the five eigen values. I have meshed the model using T3D2 element (A 2-node linear 3-D truss). On submitting the job I got above error. Could you please suggest the solution for this case.
Analyze the structure STATICALLY before doing any modal analysis by applying several load cases at several points with several directions in x, y and z
If the static analysis is done correctly without any errors within any of the load cases that means you don't have a problem with your stiffness and your problem is with the mass.
In such a case you need to revisit how are the masses defined. Most programs either define them in the same manner as the own weight is calculated and they calculate them automatically or the user assigns lumpped masses or BOTH options are made available for you to use.
If you had the unit mass defined and the program automatically calculates the masses then try entering a value of 0 in the unit mass and enter the masses as lumped massees.
You should also check that the mass is defined in the x, y and z directions as it should be so or else you will have only one degree of freedom with a defined mass while the others are zeros.
I have a previous experience with a case similar to that and the solution mentioned in item 5 stopped the error.
I think that the problem comes from forgetting of( mass or density) and ( Stiffness or material propriety), these définitions are needed to make modal analysis or dynamical amalysis, to calculate stiffness and mass distribution.
The procedure proposed by Professor Darwish is an efficient way to identify the cause of the error.
In dynamical or insteady simulation models mass and matrial proprieties are needed to make realist behavour.

Do you mind telling us some details about your model. If your are using beam elements connected somehow (springs, constrains) with other parts, try applying boundary conditions at the rotations of the beam. In general check the basic kinematics of your model and try constrain the less significant. It worked for me.
