Please help me with suitable reports/ papers/ articles that provide the permissible limits of Lead, Cadmium, Chromium, Mercury in commonly consumed vegetables such as Radish, Spinach, Cauliflower etc.
Do u have any latest reports? The FAO/WHo recommendations for Pb, Cd, Cr and Hg are not available in latest reports. The vegetables are Water Spinach, Cauliflower and Radish among other commonly consumed leafy vegetables such as Cabbage and Broccoli
Everybody is too carefull. Guideline for drinking water quality WHO has a value for the lead. Ambient Air Quality Guideline for Europe WHO has a limit value for the air too..... You can calculate a daily intake.
