I have results from fluent and I want to determine area with magnitude less than specific number for example for velocity or TKE.
and also how can I determine Max and min diameter of Eddy's core? which software can do it? tecplot? and how? please if anyone has any idea help me.

It can be easily determined by manipulating the range of contour. Please go to the details of the contour, select the "levels and color". you will see the maximum and minimum levels of contour there. Also, there is the option of "color cutoff" there for removing the area of contour you determine by inputting values for "cutoff above" and "cutoff below". For your aim of demonstrating the area with a magnitude less than specific number, you can check "cutoff above" and insert that specific number there.

if you want to determine the area that the value less than a specific number, maybe you can use UDF. DEFINE_ADJUST(value, d)
if ..., SUM+=C_Colume(c,t);
you also can use Tecplot, to show the contour of a specific value
