I am interested in using fruit (preferably citrus) that has been modified for pectin, pectin methylesterase (PME) or the production of ethanol & methanol. As i am having some difficulty finding these types of mutant fruits, any and all helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!
Have you seen this paper (but in Arabidopsis, not fruit). You may contact the authors. They might know more of such info since this is their field.
