well, find the sequence of your species then align it to the genomes of other ones to find different genes. You also can blast that gene to predict it's function.

Dear Fahimeh, the easy way is to amplify 16S rRNA region using universal primers and then carry out DNA sequencing to identify your bacterial species. By this way, you can get more precise data.

I would also suggest to carry out the PCR using the Universal 16s rRNA primers. Afterward you can sequence the PCR product and blast it. I have done this during my Master thesis for identifying a new luminous bacteria from seawater, and it worked well.
