I did a reaction and got triazole in product using DMSO.
Now it is difficult to extract it - can anyone suggest me some methods?
It is very difficult to remove DMSO from reaction misture. You extarct the reaction Mixture with more amount of water and EtOAc And Finally Lyophilized your product.
In many cases precipitation of your product would work well. If you will find a DMSO-miscible solvent where your triazole is insoluble - maybe Et2O or something like that.
two things: wash you product with a solution of NaHCO3 5%, three times around ten volumes (1g/10 ml), use DCM as organic phase, if doesn't work dissolve you reaction crude with DCM or EtOAc, or toluene (1g/50 ml) and add 10 ml of a solution of H2O2 5% and the organic phase wash it three times with a plenty of water
