Hello, export options of MxPRO systems are limited. For that reason I prefer to export data in ascii format, adapt it on excel, and then analyze in other programs or implementing the quantification calculations in the same excel sheet.

Hey there!

In MxPro GO to ANALYSIS. Check all wells under interest. At the Bottom left uncheck ROX (if was used), Make sure SYBR is checked.

Go to File > Export Chart Data > Export Chart Data To Excel > Format1

Resulting file should have 3 columns and 2+ [samples* (cycles+1)] rows.

Afterwards, open LinRegPCR and upload file.

Troubleshooting:

If you have any problems make sure that that comma (,) is used to express decimals.

In MxPro Go to Options>Preferences>Decimal Using (at the bottom)

In Excel Go to Tools>Options>International> Select Use system separators

Hope it helps to anyone with the same questions out there since, judging by the date of your post, probably you already solved your question!

Hi! I don't know if yoy can help me. I'm trying to export the raw data from MxPro to excel. But when I go to Go to File > Export Chart Data > Export Chart Data To Excel > i can't neither choose format 1 nor 2. Maybe a feature of the software that I'm not aware of is disabled...
