usually we use biological body fluid as media of measuring and evaluate ROS and AOS, what if I want it in tissue fixed and embedded in paraffin?

For histology, you can consider staining the sections with:

-- anti-3-nitrotyrosine antibody, which stains for nitrosative modification of protein tyrosine, or "tyrosine nitration", a damage mark caused by peroxynitrite (ONOO-).
