I have synthesized some compounds which were designed as Haspin kinase inhibitors. I have checked the IC 50 values in MDAMB-231 cell lines. Best active compounds showed IC 50 Values 17 µg/mland 19µg/ml. now I would like to evaluate them for Haspin kinase inhibitory activity. Please suggest me how to do this.
