Addgene has some pretty good starting points which I have used before to make lentiviral particles. https://www.addgene.org/protocols/lentivirus-production/. Looks like the psPAX2 is used at approximately equal concentrations to your transfer plasmid.. and the envelope pMD2.G is used at approximately half of those... so something like 42 ug pTRIPZ + 40 uG psPAX2 + 20 ug pMDG.2?

Hi,

I am using a protocol for the production of lentiviral particles in 293T cells (transformation with PEI) in 100 mm culture plate with following ratio of plasmids:

Plasmid of interest: 20µg; psPAX2: 13µg; pMD2G: 7µg.

It works very good for me. Maybe it can help you to estimate your plasmid concentrations.
