In AUTODYN modelling 11-direction represents the thickness direction. While entering orthotropic properties such as E11, E22 and E33, in what fashion we have to insert. Because E11 represents longitudinal direction, E22 is transeverse and E33 is through thick. Please advise me regarding this.

It depends on what are inserting i.e for each ply or for laminate.. If you are insertinng for individual ply/lamina than simply put E33=0, V13=0 and v23=0. Rememeber dir 33 is the thicness direction. Another option can be you mention that material is orthotropic, than the table for values will not containg thickness direction properties.
For orthotropic materials five engineering constants E11, E22, v12, v21 and G12 are enough because of plane stress conditions.
