I have been searching for a different way of determining the chlorophyll content in dragon plant (pitaya) cuttings without the use of Dimethyl Sulphoxide (DMSO) or any other chemical.
You may try non-destructive methods for chlorophyll quantification by using pulse amplitude modulated fluorometer or high resolution fluorescence imaging system. Following articles may be useful....
