How can I determine the appropriate concentration of Ca2+ chelator (BAPTA-AM) to pre-treat plants (rice) for studying intracellular Ca2+ signaling?

I am interested in mapping the concentration of intracellular Ca2+ in rice plant cells. As a control treatment, I plan to apply the Ca2+ chelator BAPTA-AM. If anyone here has experience using Ca2+ chelator to reduce intracellular Ca2+ in rice or plants, could you please suggest the appropriate concentration of the chelator to use and provide any protocol suggestions? Thank you.
