Can someone recommend a Recycled Concrete Aggregate producing plant/facility that can be visited/observed in academic point of view out of Sri Lanka?

I expect to visit such a recycling plant to gain knowledge on the concrete recycling process. I have visited one and only plant in Sri Lanka and seeking to visit a few in international context.
