I am working with S.aureus isolates. The MICs obtained against Ciprofloxacin were 31.25ug/ml, 15.625ug/ml and 0.061ug/ml for the different isolates. Could anyone help me with understanding the antibiotic susceptibility of the isolates?

In MIC, which antibiotic concentration should be considered as the bar, growth beyond which would signify resistance to that particular antibiotic?
