Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) is a simple and cheap process. It involves the deposition of charged colloidal nanoparticle onto a conductive substrate. It works best when nanoparticles are dispersed in organic solvent and the solution has less ionic conductivity. To get fast deposition, increase the absolute value of the zeta potential, which could be done by adding acid or base in the dispersion. Alternatively, you could raise electric field or current to increase deposition. Follow this paper
