How do you synthesize CZTS powder from a metal salt precursor?

I have metal salt and thiourea, ethanol and water 30%V and 70%V. I stir it for 10 hours at RT then 2 hours at 50°C, and then dry from 20 hours at 110°C. No powder forms. Can anyone please explain?
