How can I culture NSC34 properly?

Hi everyone,

I'm using NSC34 cell line for some experiments.

I use DMEM 10% FBS to culture them, but when I seed cells (in a 24-well plate or 96 well-plate) they grow slowly and are poorly differentiated (instead of having a elongated shape they are quite circular).

Do you have any suggestion to let them grow properly?
