I am interested in knowing what parameters to establish in the calibration curve, I used the NBT and riboflavin method.
I have read I can use the mixture that is not exposed to UV light , but I don't know what should vary on the X axis.
We use Marklund and Marklund Method for SOD. I enclose two PDFs. Hope they will help.

If you use the method of NBT, you don´t need to expose to UV, white light is enought to carry out the reaction and you need to make some sample dilutions to make the standard (see attachment, in spanish)
