I would greatly appreciate other researchers' input and reviews on automated cell counters that they did or did not like working with in their recent experience. This would be primarily for counting human PBMCs and lymphoma cell lines, using brightfield images only (aka, fluorescence imaging is not a necessary feature). Cell counting accuracy is obviously critical for us, however having affordable, reusable and/or disposable chamber slides along with a long warranty would also be useful. Considering the Countess (I/II), Luna (I/II), RevCount 200, and NC-200 so far. Any and all feedback is welcome on this topic.
