In SPSS: How do I merge multiple rows/records for the same person into a single row?

My data set has individuals who did action X multiple times over many years. I need them to be in a single row for analysis purposes. e.g.,

Person 1 action 1 1999

Person 1 action 1 2004

Person 2 action 1 2005

Person 2 action 1 2010

Person 3 action 1 1998

Person 3 action 1 2010

Change to

Person 1 action 1 1999 action 1 second time 2004

Person 2 action 1 2005 action 1 second time 2010

Person 3 action 1 1998 action 1 second time 2010
