I discovered a minor error in one of my published research, where this error was committed by the journal's editorial board.
This error is in both my name (the author) and the title of the search.
These errors appear when searching for the article on Crossref, as they appear when citing in the EndNote program from the official page of the Journal; because this journal uses the service of Cross Mark from Crossref, and I want this data to be corrected in the PDF paper file placed on the journal's official webpage.
How can the journal editor correct this error?
Do I find a solution, or ideas to help us in that?
Hi there, oh no. That must be terrible after all your hard work. I would contact the journal and send them the correct PDF to upload. It may be faster for you. Good luck I am sure they will fix the typo's.
First, thank you, Caitlin de Bérigny for the answer. What you said happened. The correct file has been uploaded again to the Journal website, but the problem persists when a researcher wants to make a reference citation from the Journal site. EndNote, for example, is downloading the old data according to Cross Mark, which of course, is in Crossref with the ancient error data.
Need a Cross Mark by itself to modify the data associated with the paper DOI. So, the question is: Who has the authority to do this in coordination with Cross Mark? Me or the journal?

I think that you need to write to the editor of the journal and explain the problem to him in detail, with send the correct information that you want to replace or change in place of the wrong information, and explain to him the reason for this error logically and acceptably, also should all authors must send to the editor through their emails to agree to this change.
When the editor accepts to change it, the journal will update it on Cross Mark from Crossref and will update it on other sites.

This is what we, with the Journal editor, want to do. Nevertheless, we cannot do it.
Specifically, we do not know how to do that with Crossref to edit the CrossMark.
