How can I construct 3D model of carotid artery from the CT scan image of brain in MIMICS software?

I have CT scan image available of brain.I will have to construct 3D model of carotid artery.This will be a patient specific study.The model then be loaded in ANSYS.

i. First Collect all the Saggital, Axial and Coronal images of the respective ICA to model it. Use Autodesk or 3D Slice instead of MIMICS if you are not comfortable.

ii. Use any segmentation method to reconstruct it.

iii.Then go for the analysis.
