I have created a sector model for a gas turbine bladed disc. Where, the 'blade' and the 'disc' are having different material properties. 'Boolean' operation is also not possible due to complexity of the model to glue them.
I there any other way to connect these two materials of blade and disc so that load can transmit from the disc to blade?

After meshing merge the nodes (this option available in numerical controls---merge item).

Try the option of "coupling" the displacements of common nodes of the two volumes.
