You can use both Excel and Python.

You should save the elemental stress and volume in the .rpt filetype. Export it to Excel and find the volume-weighted stress.

So, I need to exctract EVOL and S11,S22,.. of each element, export them in excel and do the math there (Averaging S and so on)?

How can I export data in .rpt file? Sorry, I'm a quite confuse beginner of Abaqus.
