How can I compare the protein sequence from multiple genomes deposited in GenBank?

I would like to compare the sequence of my protein of interest within all of the Staphylococcus saprophyticus genomes that are deposited in GenBank. How can I extract this information without having to download all 199 genomes and using sequence analysis software to physically search for matching sequence? Can I BLAST search my protein sequence from all deposited genomes?

You can limit the output by putting "Staphylococcus saprophyticus" as the "Organism" in the "Choose Search Set".
