How can i clean up resine from a 3 neck glass balloon ?

I´ve been trying to clean resine from a 3 neck balloon with ultrasonic bath but it´s not working, i´m thinking caustic soda could make it but i´m not sure and i can´t use much of that reactive so i need a recomendation
