Just check the Options/Preference/General/Precision. that might help.

Go to Options/Preference/General/Precision set input display precision as well as table display precision as 15. Click on apply button first then click on OK.

To observe more digit after decimal point go to "Preferences" go to "Graphics and Plot Windows" and change the display format according to your interest.
