The easiest method is to determine the number per species landing/biting per minute or hour when using humans for bait, usually referenced as specimens per man-hour. When trapping mosquitoes you can calculate the number collected per trap-hour.
Per man hour density is one tool it depends on the time spent to catch anopheles in one hour its number of anopheles caught / time spent in minutes × 60min = per man hour density
You have caught mosquito through aspirators then you can compare the density with other studies if you have your own method then calculate individual densities at different areas and use same formula for compare them
