I have been previously using https://www.molinspiration.com/services/logp.html to calculate log P for materials I use in my drug delivery research where it makes calculations based on canonical SMILES. I guess there was recently an update that you can no longer do this, and some of the molecules I'm interested in are just too complicated to draw out on chemDraw, beginning with Hyaluronic acid. Are there any calculators you'd suggest as an alternative or an reliable method that I could switch to for future calculations?

I know that MW can change solubility and hence log P but a rough value would be sufficient. The hyaluronic acid I am using is only 5 kDa if there is a more specific way to characterize this though. Thank you!
