I don't have version 6 but I suspect that it is similar to version 9 regarding something as simple as SNR. Run the SNR Peak Calculator script from Scripts/NMR Tools. Select a signal free area of spectra to measure noise, then select the Signal region you want to measure for peak height. Thats it.
Check the included scripts in version 6. You should get the intensity and the noise level from a standard peak pick function. This is how it determines the peak intensity that is listed.

I understand that there is a SNR script in Mnova6, but it seems mine only works with strong signals (peaks). For weak signals, i.e. S/N < 100, executing the script results in nothing.
