I collect dietary data using Food Frequency Questionnaire, now I need to figure out how much each subject consumed each category of food by unit (serving size per day). How can I calculate daily serving size for each food dietary from FFQ? Thank you so much

It depends on our FFQ, but common things of FFQ is having food item, frequency of eating (times per day or week...), and what portion size which participants eat per time. For example, for white rice; one person eat 2 bowls of rice, 3 per day, the portion size of a bowl is small one containing about 100 gram rice. Therefore, you will be able to calculate total gram of rice of this person eat per day. Hope it may help for you.
I am having the most challenge with sweets and snacks
The medium size is listed, but how do you convert the following medium portion to small or large if the subjects pick small or large?
· 2 handfuls or 1 small bag
· 1 scoop
· 1 shake
· 1 piece or slice
