I answer as if you mean "dissect" and not "bissect". In any case, what is the point? I can dissect meristematic domes under a dissecting microscope and there is no problem. So, what is exactly your problem? No dissecting microscope? Why do you want to "dissect" cotyledons? What do you want to do with dissected cotyledons?
