The reaction happens in gas state, and normally it's used some kind of refrigerated gas to avoid an overheating of the reaction, but i don't want to use another organic gas to pollute the effluent of the reactor. The reaction use hydrogen that is recycled and may be a problem if accumulates an inert gas. Is there any other way to refrigerate the reaction when a maximum temperature is achieved in a fixed bed reactor?

The answers of Imre and Giorgio adequately cover the problem. Coupling with an endothermal reaction, as Mahdi mentions, makes sense if you can do it internally (i.e. inside the reactor). In your case, you do not want to have additional products mixed with the hydrogen, therefore this route is not usable.
Hydrogene is the best refrigerated gas for yoy to quench your hydrogenation. Increase the the ratio of hydrogen to benzene may fasten your LHSV of reactor, Recycled cooled excess hydrogen play as refrigerated gas for your reaction. No other substance added to pollute the effluent of the your reactor. You still can use the recycle of reaction product to dilution the concentration of benzene in reaction feed to prevent the overheating of reactor.
In commercial Benzene saturation units it is common practice to recycle coooled product cyclohexane and Hydrogen to control temperture.
