How can I avoid overheating in the second reactor in hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexane, in an adiabatic fixed bed reactor?

The reaction happens in gas state, and normally it's used some kind of refrigerated gas to avoid an overheating of the reaction, but i don't want to use another organic gas to pollute the effluent...
