As a part of a project i have to assess the dame of diferent bridges by scour, oxidation, carbonation, corrosion, ect.
I have some images of a bridge that i belive is in danger because of the damages it present, does anyone know how evaluate brigde vulneerability under scour damage.

The information sent by Dr Siad should be very helpful and useful in assessing. I do not know your local or governmental political or management system, but there may be a roads or public safety entity that is responsible for and would help address this. Much can be learned as an individual or interested professional, but for structures as bridges, they have a design life, may have both professional engineer design and review as well as history such as construction contractor, who may have purchased and installed the materials, etc. It should have been obvious that the channel was dominated by sand and abrasion potential in the design. Most of the time, professional bridge designer would require the use of a very strong concrete mix that limits scour, and perhaps this was not used or the bridge for one reason or another, or the structure is old, needs some maintenance (restoration) or its design life and viability has been exceeded.
There may be new restoration concrete types that can be applied over existing to help restore this type of abrasion, and also in channel structures called cross vanes with W design or other structures that may be used to funnel flow and sediment intensity in between abutments to help limit scour at abutments. It is possible this may be classed as a restoration need, rather than replacement need. Certain engineers have special training and qualifications to assess bridge conditions and structural integrity. Whether there is a need to address the past history such as premature damages due to construction materials is more appropriate to be assessed by engineering professional to evaluate the damage, test the design materials against what was used and recommend suitable actions to appropriate officials or responsible entities.
