impossible to analyze without control sample. ddCt method inherently requires a control sample to calculate the relative fold change. try looking at relevant paper figures with qPCR data presented. i only ever see data as "mRNA expression (relative fold change)", etc.

In fact I just want to know if my samples express some genes or not. I know that the CT level normalized to housekeeping gene is already an indicator. But how can I represent these data to show this expression?
